Hornady Manufacturing, a world leader in bullet, ammunition, and reloading products, received numerous awards at the 21st Annual Communicator Awards on May 1, 2015.

Hornady received an Award of Excellence, the top award, in three categories: Institutional/Corporate Image, Sports/Sporting Goods/Games, and Use of Animation.

In addition, Hornady received an Award of Distinction, the second-place award, in the categories of Sports/Sporting Goods/Games, Use of Graphics, and Use of Animation.

Hornady achieved these awards for their videos "Hornady Made In America," "Hornady GMX 2014," and "Hornady Legacy."

The "Hornady Made in America" video is a 30-second TV commercial that highlights the legendary performance of the products they manufacture. "Hornady GMX 2014" showcases the features of the GMX® bullet in a fully animated 30-second commercial, and "Hornady Legacy" incorporates a recording of founder, J.W. Hornady, in a 30-second commercial. Master Track Productions in Lincoln produced the videos.
