Hornady® Manufacturing, a world-renowned leader in ballistic technology, is proud to announce that Lance Zobel is overseeing plant logistics as the new Director of Supply Chain Management.

Zobel is responsible for all functions relating to Purchasing, Production Control, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Shipping within the Hornady® plant. His promotion better consolidates logistics functions, and enhances efficiency among these departments.

"Lance has been a valuable member of the Hornady team since he joined us as Marketing Administrator in 2009," said Jason Hornady, company Vice President. "His willingness to take on additional responsibilities and challenges demonstrates the type of leadership we look for in every Hornady employee." Zobel also serves as the current Director of LE Sales and Shipping.

Zobel has been a member of the Nebraska Army National Guard since 1994. He was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2006, and received the Bronze Star for his actions while serving in Iraq. He holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney (2003). He and his wife, Misty, have two daughters.
