Two of the Colorado state senators instrumental in the passage of highly restrictive gun control laws were recalled from office by the voters in 2013. A third resigned to avoid this happening to her. Gov. John Hickenlooper signed the anti-gun measures into law and has been trying to explain himself ever since. On Election Day, Colorado voters will decide whether Gov.
